Life Without Drugs

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC I know that the Congress decrees and I sanction the following Law:

TITLE I

PROVISIONS

Article 1 ^This Law establishes the National System of Public Policies on Drugs - Sisnad; prescribing measures to prevent drug abuse, attention and social reintegration of users and addicts; standards for the repression of unauthorized production and trafficking of illicit define crimes and drugs.

Paragraph. For purposes of this Act, shall be considered as drug substances or products that can cause dependency, so specified in law or related to, updated lists periodically by the Executive Branch of the Union

Article ² shall be prohibited throughout the national territory, drugs, and the planting, cultivation, harvesting and exploitation of plants and substrates which can be extracted or produced drugs, except in the event of legal authority or regulation as well as establishing the Vienna Convention, the UN Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971, regarding use of plants strictly ritualistic-religious.

Paragraph. Can the EU allow the planting, cultivation and harvesting of plants referred to in this article exclusively for medical or scientific purposes, and in a predetermined period, by review, subject to the caveats mentioned above.

ASSOCIATION OF ANTI-ALCOHOL STATE OF SAO PAULO

The AAESP, according to its bylaws, is a nonprofit, non-profit, without any political or religious link, without prejudice to race, color or social standing.
It brings together people of both sexes, and aims to the broad dissemination of temperance principles, guidance and support to individuals with alcohol, aiming at their rehabilitation and reintegration within their families and society.
The organization provides also services for drug addicts (drugs), through the new Department that was created to serve this audience:
The DEPARD - Department of Support and Recovery for Drugged is a service of AAESP.
The meetings in their days and times are marked on each core, the following describes some related nuclei in the capital regions and the metropolitan area, ordered by days of the week that its meetings are held.

A good conversation can be a good start
It's good to talk to who understands.
Speakerphone The service was developed by the National Anti-Drug Secretariat (SENAD), together with the Foundation School of Medical Sciences of Porto Alegre, Sebrae-RS and RS-Sesi. It is a call center open to the general public with guidance and information on the characteristics of psychoactive drugs, their action in the body and also on preventing the use and the resources available in the community who need some kind of attention. The attendants went through an intense period of training and during the service are continuously supervised by professionals, masters and doctors, health care. In addition to guide and inform the callers, they feed a database that eventually may be used as a source for students, teachers and health professionals.

"APHRODISIAC - and other Drugs - WISELY"

Aphrodisiacs can have many definitions, depending on where the rapporteur of the subject.
Endeavor to address the issue as holistic therapist, which she did a few years ago, and researcher of the topic, something I do for more than a decade.
We can classify the aphrodisiacs, initially, from my point of view, in two very distinct groups:
a) Sensory;
b) Psychoactive.
How Sensory, we include all the "media" visual (fetishes), auditory (the right word spoken at the right time), olfactory (smells) and gustatory (taste).
The big problem with this group of aphrodisiacs is that the same "agent" exciting for some, may be a standstill for others. It becomes Anaphrodisiac, ie, takes sexual desire.
Psychoactive already operate in a completely different: provoke a change in the mind of the User.
Of course, reading this definition, the player immediately remember the concept of "drugs of mind expansion," are psychedelic, hallucinogenic or depressant euforiantes.

And Aphrodisiacs IS "drugs which cause altered states of consciousness."

INTRODUCTION

There is a growing concern of parents regarding the "use of drugs, the press has spoken and written
